AGREEMENT: First time consignors will get a copy of the consignor agreement after creating their Circle Hand account, all agreements must be signed at first drop off
COMMUNICATION: You’ll get email updates from Circle Hand when items sell or if they’re expiring
CONSIGNOR PORTAL: Check your Circle Hand account any time for balance inquiries, payment request, or to see how your items are doing
CONSIGNMENT: Your items follow a 60-day consignment period, beginning when they go on the sales floor
DISCOUNT: Items sell at full price for the first 30 days, 50% off the next 30 days; We reserve the right to discount items without notice
EXPERIENCE: We want to make this an easy/fun experience for our consignors and buyers – let us know if we’re missing the mark
PAYMENT: You may elect to be paid after your consignment period, otherwise, payment will be issued quarterly to your preferred payout method (check, store credit, Venmo, PayPal)
PAYMENT: Checks are required to be picked up within 60 days of your item’s expiration date
PAYMENT: Checks not picked up within 60-days will be voided, and the amount will be added back to your consignor account
RETURN: In-store purchases are FINAL SALE; We do not accept returns and exchanges. Shipped items may be returned within one-week of purchase and must be unworn with original tags intact. Return shipping not refunded.
UNSOLD ITEMS: If you choose to pick up your items, they must be picked up within two weeks of expiration; items not picked up within two weeks will be donated
OUT OF TOWN: We love our out-of-town consignors and shoppers! Enjoy FREE shipping on purchased or consigned items over $50, and just $7 flat-rate shipping on anything under. *DDC cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.
